help with error

I am using the newest zencart,
i ve recently upgraded with sucess moved data bases etc, everything seems to work correct but the contact us page
when i go to the page i fill it out

and press send the following message appears
Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested.
i am not sure what i forgot, i checked the back en the contact us page is enabled, my emails are set as i ve sent a newsletter
i appologize if i put this in the wrong space, i ve searched the forum to try to find a solution and were not able to find the same error.
any sugestion would help ty

Hi ty, I ve checked and I am not sure what I am looking for but I did not find a debug log for contact us

I guess its a loging time out error, but I am still logged in when it tells me that
