New Product Image Broken Link -Please help me

The webhosting company I'm using for my Zen Cart claims they are not able to find any issues on their end as to why as of March 7, 2013 any images I try to add to my Zen Cart now will not show. Instead I get this broken image default image. All images added to the site prior to March 7, 2013 are still visible on the storefront. I need help. This is preventing me from promoting and selling new items.

AND the graphic and website design person I was working with over many years has become extremely unreliable and untrustworthy and I'm feeling very stressed out!

Please help me. Thank you in-advance.

Not to add to your stress... but there could be SCORES of reasons why you are not getting images onto the site - from folder CHMOD permissions, to bad filenames and file extensions, to ascii FTP when you should be using Binary mode... etc, etc...

So... much more information is required.

Give us an example of one of your image filenames... Is it VERY LONG? (The dbase field is VARCHAR 64 by default). Does the image name contain SPECIAL CHARACTERS?

HOW are you trying to load these images?

WHERE are you loading them to...

What VERSION of ZC?

Did your host UPGRADE anything on their servers?


Etc.....
