Hi,
Yesteray we receive an order from a customer on zen cart. The weird thing was it had a order # of
17342. We are in the 19000's over order numbers so we thought that was weird. Any ideas on how zen cart would pull out that order #?
Thanks,

I'm assuming that when you said "we receive an order" you meant you received an EMAIL?
If so, then check the "link" in that email to see if it points to an OLD or TEST site that you've got active someplace and haven't put into Maintenance mode and thus customers are still shopping on it.
