ZC won't pass address to Paypal Express

I have ZC installed 1.5.0 with SSL, installed the Paypal Express module and configured with Paypal [Paypal no longer has an Express account setup, now the simplest is called Standard, which I have], and I cannot get ZC to pass address information to Paypal so that the customer doesn't have to fill it out again after going through it on main site. I do not want customers to go directly to Paypal, fill out info there and return for shipping, etc - makes no sense, how do you pay and then come back and add on shipping ? ZC is passing order, tax, shipping info correctly, also passing email and phone info properly. Just the address info is not there.
Any way to check what is being sent? Anything I can check in config?
I ran through all Paypal settings over and over, no tax or shipping set up there at all.
I also ran an IPN check and everything was good.

Are you using paypal express or standard IPN?

Paypal express module. Assuming Express IPN - although there is no such thing at Paypal as Express.
Just Standard, Advanced, and Pro
Everything works fine - IPN check with test module worked well.
It just won't pass the address info over to Paypal.

There are a couple ways to use express

Logged in as a customer
Selecting it prior to logging in

In the module - turn logging for a time and perform a couple of purchases
Look at the logs

I really only wish to use it where a customer goes through the order process by "logging in". So, it is set up that way. Where do I go to see logs? I do have the Express module set up for log files. I assumed those were for error logs. I don't think there are any errors to log. My guess is that the fields from ZC are not matching up with Paypal. There is probably some easy way to check and fix this - but I have been over this many times.

I called Paypal and worked from that end. They could see that the customer information was not being passed by ZC. It was not an error. It was not on Paypal's end. Customer info fields were blank.

Where do I go to see logs?

They should be at

/includes/modules/payment/paypal/logs

There should be 3 for each transaction

No logs there at all. I do have debug logs. Will this show what is going on?

I am afraid that was not the case, the customer [me] was logged in and tried several times to get it to work. By ordering and giving ZC all info, are you not logging in? Anyway, issue is resolved. The problem seems to have been that the Paypal module in ZC was set to confirm address-yes, while Paypal was set to confirm address -"ask me"[default]. It did not work with Paypal set to "yes" either. Saying "no" in both Paypal and ZC to confirmed address let it work just fine. Issue resolved.
