USPS International FirstClass & small FR Valuation notice

International FirstClass and Small FlatRate packages cannot be used when the value exceeds $400. Can something like the pictured text be added to those choices in the Shipping Estimator and Shipping selector as a notice to International Customers? The notice won't keep the customers from making the selection but at least its there.

Do you have an URL to documentation that covers the Maximum Value? I am not finding that on the USPS site ...

I'll get it for you. It's buried in the tarriff explanations for the customs forms. I found it by mistake because a Stamps.com bug allowed any class to print regardless of value. When I switched to ShipStation, the $400 limitation would not allow the labels to print but did not give an error. That's when ShipStation send the link to the tariff rules to me.

I didn't want to muddy up the other threads for the latest update.

I have muddled around and cobbled Marco's USPS mod so that it works for my particular needs after today's update and appreciate being able to peek at your code for help pointing out the direction to take. Logic to remove the choices would be ideal but I'm not capable of that level of editing, so the next best thing that I can think of is a notice of some sort for those International classes.

Also, did you need a change for the Standard Post?

I only glanced at the file quick and did not take the time yet to test it ... I will be doing that in the morning ...

If you find you do need a change, reload it but first stick on your version id line the words:
usps.php

so that it will stands out on the searches for:
usps.php

via the Developers Tool Kit when it needs to check versions etc. ... thanks!

No I didn't. We never used Parcel Post because it was more expensive than First-class and Flatrate products. I probably should have looked at editing that for others though (if the changes were as easy as the International 1st class). If I read the new structure, Standard Post just became a 'Retail only' product and no longer available for printing online.

I'll resubmit after making the change and also correctly adding a new version number to the files.
