How to delete the text in the footer?

I'd like to delete the text "payments" in the footer. Would somebody help me? Thanks a lot.

admin-tools-developers toolkit, bottom box, search 'payments'. there'll be a lot I'm sure but concentrate on your template footer files first.

Thank you for advices. I find the below sentence in includes/tempaltes/my template name/common/tpl_footer.php. If I delete this sentence, "payments" will be gone, is it right? Should I do anything else? thanks

That is actually hard-coded into your template file? It would be bad practice if so, but deleting it should not cause any problems.
