How can I give a Free Gift in exchange for marketing information?

Hi
I would like to add a product (free gift) in exchange for marketing information.

My thoughts are that is the "product" is selected, the customer will be redirected to a form to complete. Once the form is submitted the product will be added to cart would be ideal but if it adds to cart before form complete this will do.

My technical skills can cope with the form part but can anyone help me add a product (or button) that will add product to basket and redirect to form automatically?

Solution found.
This is so easy!!
Simply create your form using EZ page or external link. As part of the submit routine ad the link:
www . yourzencart . com/index.php?main_page=index&action=buy_now&products_id=???
and it will ad the product to the cart and submit form.
