Has anyone been able to setup different authorization types depending on if the customer is in the USA or if they are international? Using Authorize.net?

The situation is, we ship domestically by a table rate. We can easily authorize and capture the payment at checkout.

Internationally, the way we have it setup now, we get the customers order, determine various shipping methods and email these costs to the customer. The customer can then choose how they want the items shipped.

So for our international customers we would need to do a authorize only, then go back and add the shipping and capture that new amount?

Unfortunately for the international shipping, we won't be able to get all of our items weighed, and depending on what is ordered sometimes ends up in multiple boxes.

Anyone have any ideas?
