CenterBoxHeading -- how to vertically align (center) font

I'm trying to figure out how to center the fonts in the CenterBoxHeading (eg. New Products For March). I have the Emeralda theme. I have a 'stock' copy of this theme to compare side by side at stock.frogolf.com

I've tried many things like vertical align, padding, line height, etc. Just need to bump that font up a bit to center it. Appreciate the help -- have already learned a ton of things reading through old threads and from my first answer to a thread yesterday. (PS, I made sure everything in my code was validated before asking this one )

So far I've messed with the actual font type, size, centering, columns, changed background image, updated logos. Once I have the layout I'm looking for I'll update all the sample product and get this thing going. Hoping to have a working store by the end of the week.

Figured it out -- padding I had to adjust was in:

.leftBoxHeading, .centerBoxHeading, .rightBoxHeading {
}

Bumped the top down a bit, and added specific entry for bottom. Now centered (anyone wanting to compare position can compare my two sites now to see the difference). Hope to have both sites up indefinitely for reference.

Gah -- I thought I had this figured out -- but now, I'm having trouble shifting the text within the navigation bar (top section) and side bar (left side headers)

Any help appreciated.
