Below is the response from GoDaddy support.
The GoDaddy specialists confirmed the fact that I have problems sending emails!
"It would appear that you are experiencing issues with sending email messages from your application."

It would appear that you are experiencing issues with sending email messages from your application. If you use the mail() function in your PHP, you do not need to specify an outgoing mail server. If you are using some other method besides mail() in your PHP code, use relay-hosting.secureserver.net for your relay server.
NOTE: A maximum of 1000 emails per day are allowed through our relay servers.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the response is not relevant because the reviewer did not read my Posts in Zeh Cart Forum, where I listed on my multiple data.

My server is not functional and the customers are not able to place orderes.

Could you please assign this Ticket HIGHEST priority and solve it ASAP???

Thank you again for this tool - this is an excellent one for debugging email problems.

I got the following message:

SMTP -> get_lines(): $str is "250 Gfs31l01C1CjoK401:4GH:Message dropped for spam or virus content

That is known issue for GoDaddy that is still not solved. GoDaddy's customers experiencing the same problem do not recommend contacting GoDaddy support since it's useless.

My experience contacting GoDaddy through the ticketing system is negative, so I'm thinking about migration my Drupal, Zen Cart, emails and databases to another host. Actually, it's known that GoDaddy is a disaster for Drupal.

Message dropped for spam or virus content

If you report this information to GoDaddy, they should be able to fix it. I'm 99% certain that it's a result of a misconfiguration on their servers (ie: they've not authorized your particular server to use their relay-mail email server, hence your messages are getting rejected as spam).
