Trying to change attribute text and position

I would like to edit the text that reads "Please Choose" and remove the text that says "size" I tried using the developers tool kit but I got a whole lot of hits and changing the ones I thought it would be it didn't work...

I would also like to move either the text or the drop down box so they are next to each other.

Any help would be great!
