That's apparently occurring when you're using the store-manager to clear out old debug logs.
Now, if you're not doing that yourself, then perhaps you set up some sort of automated script to do that? If so, you need to fix your script.
Or if someone else is trying to do it, perhaps you should make sure that someone else is legitimate and not trying to hide their tracks.
