blank order information when billing and shipping address match

Hi all,

faced with a problem i have been trying to solve, i have tried every fix for paypal ad 2checkout i know to fix the issues with blank order information, they i realize that it only happens when the billing and shipping addresses match. when shipping and billing does not match, it shows all order information. i have mod installed that would affect the customer or orders file. see a screenshot below to see what i am talkig about.

Sorry i should have used plugin. I only installed super orders, and the issue was happening before then.
