Language dropdown menu in in order edit page. How could I put it?

Hi,

I have a little problem. In the admin section I always find on the top left the drop down menu to select the language.
The only page where this dropdown disappears is when I edit an order at admin/orders.php?origin=index&page=1&oID=XXXX&action=edit

How could I put that small dropdown selection for languages also in that section of the admin page?
It is very useful since I can switch from a language to another to change order status ang send the email notification to the customer in the correct language.

I enclose a screenshot to show where the dropdown should be but there isn't.
