when I do a test check out I am getting the following error:

We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

I have installed the January 22, 2012 version of USPS.php as recommended by other posts.

I have tried in both test and production mode.

I just got the USPS Web Tools ID yesterday (3/26/13)....does it need time?
Your help would be appreciated.
