Hi I am experiencing a similar issue and believe I am at the same spot as the initial poster. Have followed the process outlined in the link you have provided. usps.php is in both locations, ran the "curltester" but the admin shipping modules does include the USPS option.Originally Posted by Ajeh

You need to follow the instructions and if you have an old USPS installed you need to do a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure ...
