need help with several issues please

Hi,

I have a few issues I am having and am hoping someone can help me with them, please.

1. I want to remove the homeage 2 heading on the define pages page 2. I can't seem to find anywhere to edit this.

2. On the define pages I open the editor and type in:
1.
2.
3.
and it shows up as 1. 2. 3.

How do I make the page so it shows exactly as I type it?

3. I installed stock by attributes he latest one from january. However I do not have anywhere that I can enter the amounts of the stock for each attribute. I ran the php file it said to run and it said it installed successfully, but it is not working. I have seen others with this issue and posted on that support thread but it has been weeks and no answer as of yet to solve this issue.

4. is there a module that I need to be able to set shipping prices for different countries? I want to do free to the US, but need to charge for international. How would I set this up?

5. Is there an online chat support module that can be installed for my store to assist customers in real time?

Sorry for so many questions I am new and have been working for weeks to try to fix these on my own, and these issues still allude me.

it's an excellent mod and well worth the money. Having said that I'm sure someone will be able to advise of a free method from within the existing shipping options.

ohh also,

My attributes are showing up as ring sizes 10 5 6 7 8 9. It thinks that 10 comes before 5. I did set the options to list in the order it was put in the system, so it should be 5 6 7 8 9 then 10. But it doesn't seem to work that way even though 10 was the last option entered when I set it up.

have you set your sort order in attributes controller?

yes, i set it to list by id number in ascending order. all other options are listed correctly, but the 1 option.

Yes... advanced shipper will deal with almost any shipping configuration, and is excellent.

I think you may be able to get by with ZONETABLES - which is a free add-on in the plugins area.

It is basically a mash-up of ZONE module and TABLE module - giving you the benefits of BOTH of these systems - which means you can set up various ZONE DEFINITIONS, and then apply TABLE RATES to each zone definition.

NB: You MUST create your ZONE DEFINITIONS first - before you install zonetables.

If you are using a courier service, then ask them for their international RATE CARD. They will have divided the world up into ZONES, and will show prices based on these Zones.

Then all you need do is create ZONES that are the same as their rate card (through zencart's ZONE DEFINITIONS functions), and once you have all those configured, you load and install zonetables module.
