red flag CVV Error in Testing Authorize SIM

Using the Visa card test below, I get the error below. This transaction works in Authorize.net virtual terminal.

In Zen Cart Authorize SIM setup, Request CVV Number is True.

Any Ideas why this would pitch a CVV error when any CVV should work?

Default Re: CVV Error in Testing Authorize SIM

When using test accounts, the simulators very often use certain dates or purchase amounts or cvv values to trigger certain error responses so that you can use those to test failures when writing code. That's why test accounts aren't intended for use on live sites.

If you're intending to activate authnet on your site, just do it. The module has already gone through testing and certification with authnet. All you need to do is plug in your credentials and go. Do a couple transactions of small amounts, refund most of them, let one or two go through so you can see the money arrive properly in your bank. And then you're all set to go.
