Restoring website and database

Hi need help..I had the site working,, then I restore the website and database. when i go to qj.ca I get a connection problem to database http://qj.ca/nddbc.html
How can I solve this issue spend hours no results

running version 1.5 on linux

Check in your hosting account manager what the DB name is and the user & pass are

Then check your 2 configure.php files for the details and insure that they match

Yes both configure files match the DBname, user and password

I changed permissions to both files 777
still the same problem

In your hosting account manager, does the user have all privileges assigned for this database?

Most hosting accounts today will error with 777
These should be 444
