Problem with my URL

I made the mistake of hiring someone on elance who knew less than me. Anyway this person screwed everything up.
If you go to my url http://www.shopdaisyandpearl.com what used to be where I signed into my CPanel is now just a listing a files.

How can I fix this?
I would like for people to go to http://www.shopdaisyandpearl.com and see my store. I would like to sign into my store admin by going to http://www.shopdaisyandpearl.com/admin.

I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Your store files are in /store

You can move all the files up to right under public_html and adjust your 2 configure.php files to reflect this
