I have both USPS and UPS enabled for a clients store. When I run the shipping calculator and when someone checks out they see shipping quotes that look like this:

United States Postal Service (Priority Mail (2 - 3 days))     $7.60
United Parcel Service (Ground)     $12.57
Because of this (and a busy shop) the client get lots of request asking: "Your shop said it would be here in 3 days, yet it's been a week. Where is my delivery?" The client usually mails every couple of days, so this is a problem. Can I remove/hide the estimated the delivery dates (4-7 days, 2-3 days, etc) from both USPS and UPS. They don't offer overnight, 2nd day, etc so we do not need the delivery times showing inaccuracies.

Even though the shipping times are stated in the FAQ's and terms, this is causing issues among our customers. Help!
