modify display order of attribute

Hello,

I would like to modify the display order of the attribute. Currently the "add to cart" is right below the product image.
How can I have the attribute under the product image, followed by the "add to cart"?
Or attribute on the left side, "add to cart" next to it on the right side?
(The goal is to make it more clear to the customer that he needs to make a selection before adding product to cart).

You can reorder this display by rearranging the elements in a copy for your template of
tpl_product_info_display.php

Block are defined with

BOF and end with EOF and you can move full blocks to the order you want
Then maybe a bit of css to refine
