Hi,
I currently have a running online store. I am setting up a brand new site to replace the current site, so this site is not live. I started with a fresh install of Zen version 1.5.0, I added the Sage template from the template add on site. I have php version5.2.17, MySQL 5.5.30-log, my server is Hostmonster, I have a mac os x, version 10.8.3,. I have followed the installation instructions, did the upload both by the includes and then each 4 pages manually after no success the first time. I made the changes in the admin, the SQL patch, but nothing shows up on my site. I did try switching to the default template, no change there either. At a loss at what to do now.This is screenshots of the webpage, I know I only have two products entered so far, but I would think the layout should have changed if it was working, plus I have the admin set for customer control and there is no option on the site for that. I have the admin settings changed as were recommended, that is in the screen shot as well. Also a screenshot of my FTP transfer page. The only customization I have done is changing the template to the Sage with some minor changes, and trying to use this add on. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on what to do,

Best to post a link to your site so we can see it live

Place spaces in it to prevent it being indexed by google like

Okay I feel like a total idiot, when I followed the instructions and renamed the template to Sage, I capitalized Sage whereas it was sage, creating a duplicate. After catching that and changing it to lowercase, it works !!!! sorry, but maybe if someone else has a problem similar it could be something that simple....

Plenty of people have made that mistake, and often they don't catch it on their own. Thanks for posting about how you found and fixed it!
