USPS Shipping Configuration Error in Admin

Hi. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message in my admin?:

Shipping Configuration errors!
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #1 are invalid, please enter valid shipping parameters. Current setting will be overridden with default: 'regular;+'
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #2 are invalid.

I did just install the newest; USPS RateV4 Intl RateV2 - January 27, 2013 Updates to: March 13, 2013 Version -- USPS v15 Ratev4 2013_0127 R2013_0327

I tried removing the module, deleting and re-installing the files in ftp, re-installing the mod. This just caused the Parcel Post cost to increase. Parcel post used to match Priority Mail which wasn't so awful, but it's weird that it is higher now.

If you had Marco's USPS RateV4 installed on your server at any time ... that module changes the file:
/your_secret_admin/modules.php

If you are using the:
US Domestic RateV4 Intl RateV2 - January 27, 2013 rates; Includes module-features to: March 27, 2013 Version C
http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1292

NOTE: Make sure you have the most current

Then you should get a clean copy of:
/your_secret_admin/modules.php

for your Zen Cart version and load that to your server ...

I did download and install a fresh copy of modules.php, verified I have the most current copy of;
US Domestic RateV4 Intl RateV2 - January 27, 2013 rates; Includes module-features to: March 27, 2013 Version C and cleared my cache. The prices I am getting in the shipping estimator tab, are closer to to correct, but still don't match up with usps.com prices - when I compare them side by side with the same shipping info.

For example; A 3lb package in zen cart, shipping from 85281 to 85284 estimates at: United States Postal Service (Priority Mail®) $6.99
United States Postal Service (Standard Post®) $8.10
United States Postal Service (Express Mail®) $17.44

At usps.com - Postage Price Calculator - a 3lb package, shipping to & from same as above estimates at:
Standard Post® Wed, Apr 10 (at post office) $6.60 (online price) Not available
Priority Mail® Tue, Apr 9 (at post office) $6.60 (online price) $5.49
Express Mail® Tue, Apr 9 by 12 PM (at post office) $21.55 (online price) $15.94

I will contact usps, but are there any other files or info I can check on my pages that may be affecting the shipping costs?

:) I had a stinkin' handling fee of $1.50 set in my settings. That's where my error came from. Oh I love those simple fixes LOL.

Quick question while you're online... By any chance did you see my post about adjusting the shipping module to accommodate both flat rate & custom weight shipping? I need to see if there is a way to do that or if someone has create a mod or plug in for this already. I've searched the plugins but haven't been able to find anything.

More importantly is there a mod that works in the following way - either free or $$ - USPS ONLY.

**note - FR - Flat Rate, E - Envelope, MB - Medium Box, LB - Large Box, FC - First Class, Priority = Both, Priority &/or Express based upon weight (as opposed to Flat Rate).

Each Product Listings take two shipping variables;
1. Package Size Option (FRE, FRMB, FRLB, PARCEL, FC) (not required)
2. Weight (required). I understand that volume is not an option at this point.

Case 1; Package Size Option is chosen (by Admin) & This is the only item in the customer's cart =
Package Size Option will be the only shipping option available to the customer.

Case 2; Package Size Option is NOT chosen (by Admin) & This is the only item in the customer's cart =
Two shipping options available; Priority Mail & Parcel Post.

If their is more than 1 item in the customer's cart >>

Case 1; if - 2 up to 3 FRE items - shipping will be calculated by weight - the customer will be able to choose; Parcel Post, Priority, or Priority FR Medium Box.

Case 2; if more then 4 FRE items - shipping will be calculated by weight - customer will choose from; Parcel, Priority, or FR Large Box.

Case 3; if - 1 FRMB item + Case 1 - customer will choose from; Parcel, Priority or FRLB.

Case 4; if - 1 FRMB item + anything other than Case 1 - customer will choose from; Parcel or Priority.

Wow - Yes, I just did it :). Just figuring that out hurt my brain lol.
