I have the UPS module installed and when someone orders an item, it shows correct price for shipping but if they add another item to the cart it says "We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown." and gives no other option to checkout?
any help would be great!

What settings do you have in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...
What is the weight of the order?
What is the Ship From?
What is the Ship To?
In the Modules ... Shipping ... if you click on UPS, what do you see in the right panel?Linda McGrath
