Attribute Price Total Incorrect when refresh icon is pressed

Can someone help me please.
I've added attributes to my product, and have selected the option "yes" to use attributes when I added my product.
When I follow the below link, select the dropdown 14" for +$20.00 and hit add to cart. At that point, the price is correct $80.00.
If I just click on the refresh button, it reverts back to $60.00, base price. Or If I change the quantity and hit refresh, the total is not correct.
I have searched the forum over and can't find a solution.

If you switch temporarily back to the Classic template does it still do that ?

I had this template installed for me. If I change it back to the default one, will I lose the settings I have in the current one? I sure don't want to mess it up.
