Find a replace phrase on all product descriptions

We have a phrase that is on almost all of our product descriptions that we need to change. Is there a way we can do that all at once rather than manually editing each one?

I think the easiest way to do that would be a database query... Or if that's too complicated you can dump the table to a sql file, find and replace.
