In my testing, I create a test/sandbox order via PayPal. Once my testing is completed, I use my Zen Cart admin to delete those test orders.
I recently noticed that the records in my database's "paypal" table aren't removed when the order is deleted ... is this working as intended?

One could argue either way: keep it all because it's relevant to true order history; or delete it because there's no corresponding order record anymore. Auditors prefer the former; purists prefer the latter.
At the present time it's working as intended..
