newsletter subscribe on paypal express checkout?

hello,

when a user does paypal express checkout, zc auto create their account. how do we make it so that we have their newsletter subscription to be true when this user creation takes place?

That's not a built-in feature option.

Besides, doing that also violates the whole idea of spam regulation and proper opt-in for signups. Do all your customers KNOW that you're forcing your newsletter upon them?
