USPS Module not returning rate quotes

Using the USPS version date 3-27-2013. URL's are www.navigatorschoice.com, www.scubastevesmarine.com and www.scubastevesinternational.com. I have used Estimate Shipping in the cart to look at what Russian Federation returns and also looked at a few other countries. Of the various countries I got Estimated Shipping Costs for the only one that didn't return a USPS quote was Russian Federation. None of the settings have changed since installation of the module

What is the Ship To?

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

If you go to your Zen Cart Admin ... and in the Localizations/Taxes ... Countries ... go to Russian Federation (around page 9) and change to Russia ... does this fix the issue?

Interesting that seems to work, so USPS recognizes Russia but not Russian Federation any longer it appears.

It is rather odd ... this was not an issue in the past ...
