Edit delivery information page

When hitting 'go to checkout'..

I wish to edit this page (1 of 3)

There's currently a box at the bottom

'Special Instructions or Order Comments'

I would like to change this to a box of pre formatted text giving explanation about our delivery charges, any idea how i change this?

I would appreciate some input here ive added a screenshot of what i would like to change, any information most appreciated

You'll want to open includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php and replace this:

<fieldset class="shipping" id="comments">
<legend><?php echo TABLE_HEADING_COMMENTS; ?></legend>
<?php echo zen_draw_textarea_field('comments', '45', '3'); ?>
</fieldset>

with your custom text.

One more issue I have, on the next page the formatting has gone wrong, any idea how I correct this?

Not from a screenshot, no. A link to the site in this format: wwwDOTyoursiteDOTcom will allow us to see the problem without the URL being available to spammers.

then add any product and goto checkout and step2 of 3 is the issue which shows this formatting, much appreciated.
