Re-Run Install on Live Store - Help!!!

Hope someone can help...........I was uploading some files to a live store and accidentally (I think) overwrote the configure.php file in the admin folder. I think that because when I added the module files that I was working on, I just hit the "upload" button without realizing that I had the store admin folder highlighted and my local configure file was uploaded in addition to the other files in the admin folder .... I am getting the page saying "Thank You for uploading Zen Cart". The store was live at this time and I can't reach the store nor admin. I tried manually editing the configre.php file to put in the values for the remote server but the site hasn't come back on line yet.

Can I re-run the install script and recover the store?

I got the admin page back but it won't accept my password (I never changed the user name from admin) and i still can reach the store - still getting that darn "Thank you" page

I am beginning to think I may have to delete the current store and re-install if I can't solve this problem - any advice???????

New question - is there a file in the admin folder that has the settings for the site? Since I uploaded the entire local copy of the admin folder, maybe that file was overwritten and I need to edit the remote copy also...just a thought.

admin/includes/configure.php is the one to fix.

I have restricted my efforts to that file...............I thought I put in the correct values but the site won't come back on line. When I go to the store admin page, my email address is displayed in the user name field......made me think something else is at work.

I kept plugging away and found one of the configure.php files was missing!!!! I didn't even work on that file..........but I got the site back up.
