Im the only one who makes adjustments to the site and I havent touched it. Is there an add on that would allow additional images to be added through the admin? does the Image Handler allow that??

you need an add-on which allows you to upload additional product images.. Image Handler4 is one, but there is another add-on (who's name escapes me -- you will need to search the plugins to find it) which is JUST for uploading additional product images (without all the other nice features IH4 offers)..
