USPS Module - Shows wrong weight but correct rate

Problem: In the Shopping Cart or Shipping Estimator, it shows an added 3 lbs or more when purchasing a product.
Development site is:
theplaypages.com/adult-store/

Example:
I add a product:
Model: KHENVD27
Shipping Weight: 0.2lbs

It only weighs 0.2lbs but when I go to the Shipping Estimator OR go through the Shopping Cart, it displays
3lbs 4oz.
However, the rate seems to be pretty accurate.
How can I keep this from displaying as it will confuse the customer as well as it is just not correct.

USPS Module newly installed from
http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1292

Shipping from 08110 (New Jersey) to 20194 ( Virginia )
Does not matter if it's Priority, Express or First Class.

USPS Settings are the default. I added $2.00 handling fee and checked the 3 types of rates

What do you have set in

admin > config > Shipping/Packaging > Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight
and > Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight
