[Not a bug] Files disappear from server and Edit Orders plugin is broken

Hi,

I'm not sure if these are separate problems or if they're related to each other, but here goes...

2 files keep disappearing from my server's SITE/ADMIN/includes/auto_loaders folder - config.eo.php and config.taxcloud.php. When I first upload them, I see them there, but when I check later, they're gone. I didn't notice this problem with any other directory or file. Folder's permissions are set to 755, just like its parent/grandparent/etc. and all other folders that I spot checked and that do *not* have this problem.

I noticed that, while the other files inside /auto_loaders/ had their permissions set to 644, the 2 disappearing files were set to 0. I changed them to 644 after the last upload attempt, but this did *not* fix the problem, they still keep disappearing.

At the same time, the Edit Orders plugin (v. 4.1) is broken. Whenever I click the "edit" icon or button for any order, I get this error:
===Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving SITE/ADMIN/edit_orders.php?page=1&oID=6&action=edit. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.===
Other than the disappearing config.eo.php, all of its other files seem to be where they should.

The TaxCloud plugin (v. 1.5.2) appears to be working fine, but generates the following error logs:
===PHP Warning: Missing argument 1 for ot_coupon::get_order_total(), called in /SITE/includes/modules/order_total/ot_taxcloud_coupon.php on line 56 and defined in /SITE/includes/modules/order_total/ot_coupon.php on line 454===
===PHP Fatal error: require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'includes/modules/TaxCloud/func.taxcloud.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5') in /SITE/includes/classes/order.php on line 21===
Again, other than the disappearing config.taxcloud.php, everything else appears to be in place.

I hope someone has the answer to this....

Those files are meant to disappear. these are used to install a module an after the installation they are deleted by the program.

For the errors, you probably missed something during the copiying / merging of files. Are there any debug files created

Both os these add-ons have a support thread for such questions.. and I would start by search these support threads to see if you issues have been reported previously and what those solutions might be.. Instead of starting a new thread for issue with two different add-ons, it's better to post your seperate issues in the support thread for these add-ons..

One more thing.. most issues with add-ons can be traced to incorrect installs.. So I would double-check that you have all the files in place these add-ons need to function.. make sure that in places where core overrides are made that you have taken care to merge in those changes with any changes you may have already made to these same files..
