You need to reread this help page ...
Scroll down half way on the page and you will see the problem ...
My guess is that you deleted the quotes ...
EX:
define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', 'A Free Template by www.picaflor-azul.com.');
IF YOU want no wording at all leave the single quotes...
