Internal Server Errors - using Quick Updates & Easy Populate

Hi all, I have been having some difficulties with my zencart site recently

everything was working great, but lately I am having issues with Quick Updates & Easy Populate

Running either script results in Internal Server Errors (Memory Exhausted)

I have also noticed that Easy Populate is trying to install to the same GID as Quick Updates in the config menu

Is this the cause of the problem or do I have 2 separate issues

(Store is heavily modded with approx 10,000 products, but has been fine up until now)

Any help appreciated

Hi Kobra, many thanks fpr the URL

Unfortunately I have reviewed this page numerous times

I understand the Server 500 error is generic (hence why I included the Memory Exhausted Comment)

And have gained this information using the ZenCart Debug Info as discussed in the webpage you sent me to.

According to my server logs there has been no issue, and raising a support ticket with the host comes back saying no issues.

That's the reason I posted.

Its also the reason I mentioned the conflict upon install of the 2 contributions that are causing this error.

500 errors are tracked in your hosts logs - they must not be looking

Still no success with this issue, so for now have removed Easy Populate CSV and Quick Updates, and installed Easy Populate 4 only

That addon appears to be working fine currently
