Installed "Stock by Attributes" but still unable to use it.

As the title states, I've installed the module, what I believe to have been the correct way, by following the readme included. I retrieved no errors and double checked everything. When I go to the Admin Panel for Zen Cart, I don't see the option that it adds. The readme mentioned it being there, but I still don't see it.

Did I mess up somewhere along the way? I changed the folders to my template names, ran the install script and nearly positive I applied the folders to the right place.

Any help is appreciated.

Oh, and I'm using the latest versions of both Zen Cart and the Module.

There were three SQL files, but the readme said something about not touching them unless I wanted to update the database myself. But, no, I didn't touch the three SQL files it came with.
