Things being added to carts?

I had a customer try to check out today on my website and they said that they added something to their cart and many other things were being automatically added to her cart. She would try to delete them and they would just double in quantity or more items were added. Anyone know what is causing this?

Here is what she emailed me:
-- Weird Items in Cart: today I added a product, then all these other products appeared (at least 8 others). Tried to remove additional items with little success.
-- Tried to 'Update' and 'Remove' additional items in Cart with mixed results: Sometimes the items are removed, and item numbers updated, other times the screen stays the same

Any help would be great!

I tried it with a random product (I had to look a while to find a category that had products) and didn't duplicate the problem. I added two items, no problem except this message after I added each one:

We will be taking a quick break so any orders between Wednesday, February 20th - Wednesday, February 27th will not start processing until Thursday, February 28th. Please allow a few extra days for any orders placed between those times. Thank you!

Which seemed a bit out of place as this is May.

Whoops, I took care of the break sign. That is strange, I did a test and put things into my cart and didn't have any issues either. She said she tried it on 2 computers.
