Spam via Contact Page

I'm hoping this is the best location for this question - but I was hoping to get some advice on combating spam via the Contact page on my shop? I've been getting flooded with spam messages (several per hour) for the last few days. I've never had this issue until this week (and have been using ZenCart religiously for years now).

You can add a capcha to your contact page that is available in the plugins area

Ouch! You're getting spam on the contact_us page, even with the v1.5.1 (and 1.5.0?) anti-spam update?

Indeed. And it's via a drop-down menu as well (all the more mind-boggling). I'll do some digging for a captcha plugin - wasn't aware they were available for the contact page or menu. Thanks!
