Welcome Greeting - Choosing the salutation for the first or last name

Actually, the salutation is not the problem!

It is the order that the names appear in the Welcome Message (and for that matter, in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd checkout pages of the store).

For the English side they are fine but for the Japanese side the names need to be displayed in the order of Last Name, First Name.

You're gonna have to make this change in more than this place.. ALL the customer e-mails for example use this same customer name variable..

Personally I wonder if you could make it easy on yourself and turn off the welcome message all together..
