remove £ symbol from prices on category view (not individual product pages)

Hi

Bit of an odd request, but is it possible to remove the currency symbol (in this case £) from the product listing pages, I want it to still show on the individual product pages but not the category pages.

I've had a look in the developer tool kit bit but all I can see is that the system gets the price using $lc_price

Is this even possible?

To do this for specific pages will require a little bit of custom coding (which shouldn't be a difficult task). If you are happy with an 'all or nothing' approach, you can remove the symbol completely via the ZenCart currencies settings.
