zencart ver: 1.5.0

I have a problem.
When I use Google Chrome & Firefox, "add to cart button" in product info does not work. Also in shopping cart I can not edit quantities. For example if there are 2 pcs of the same item and I try to update it to 1 it goes back to 2 pcs again.

Everything works fine with IE 9.
Because of that I lost a customer today

What could be the problem?
