Okay so I just updated from v 1.3.9 to v.1.5.1 and for some reason neither my old password or username is working. I had a new password sent to me but I still am not able to log in. Is there a way to figure out if my username has been changed without logging in to the admin section of my site?

Further to @Design75's suggestion, look at includes/configure.php and YOUR_ADMIN/includes/configure.php and make sure the values of DB_DATABASE are what you expect (and the same).
