Paypal Express Check Out not showing shipping charges on first visit to Paypal

Hi,
I switched to Express checkout, and now the first Paypal page with order summary does not show the shipping. Should it not show the total of everything before customer puts in card info? I have a table rate selected. Do I need to do something with the zone selection?

If the customer goes to PayPal via the PayPal button on the shopping_cart page the shipping is not yet know and will not show until the checkout ...

If you want to ensure that the customer sees the shipping charges, edit your Payment module for PayPal Express and turn off the PayPal button on the shopping_cart page ... otherwise, the customer will have to wait until he/she proceeds through the rest of checkout to see the shipping and if there are discounts based on Discount Coupons or Gift Certificates etc. the same thing will happen on the total seen the first time that the customer goes to PayPal ...
