Side Box contents keep changing every time page is refreshed

Hi

I have had the blank sidebox installed and have entered the html info for volusion live chat.

Every time I refresh the page, or jump around from page to page, basically just browsing like a customer would, the contents of the side boxes change and an error message comes up as follows:

If you are getting this message, it is because

a) The Volusion Live Chat javascript has been modified from its original code.

(You must re-copy the script from the SETTINGS screen of your live chat software, and re-paste it to your website.

or

b) The Volusion Live Chat javascript is pasted more than once in this page.

(Remove extra copy of this script on this page)

The two boxes that should be the top two in the right column should be 1. Facebook link and 2. The Live Chat link.

But like I mentioned when you move from page to page those boxes change. I have attached 3 screen shots of the different side boxes that display.

Like the message says, you are using the code twice. If i look in to your generated htm source code once in the banner sidebox, and once in the blank sidebox

I don't suppose anyone can tell me where to find the codes. I can only see it once in the sidebox banner but can't find where it is in the blank sidebox.
