Ok, i'll try to explain it better:
I'm trying to activate the money order payment module, and I have to write the defines in english and portuguese too, and portuguese word has orthographic accent, when i try to modificate the defines at languages/portuguese/... the words are shown with an encoding problem! And I can change de charset because all of the others defines and modules. Could I explain better?
