Header Login Boxes

Hi, does anyone know if anyone has managed to get 'Header Login' (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=28) to work with 1.5.1?

I did have a little play with updating it yesterday but I failed immensly (no suppprise). It just kills the test site.
I have thought about trying to modify Login Box (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=63) to reside in the header. Just thought I would ask incase I am reinventling the wheel. Well trying to anyway.

Not a required mod, just playing about and trying to learn.

Hi, I changed that file but I also attempted to rewrite the code that was intended for Zen Cart 1.0 Beta :-O (I forget what file that was)
I just had 30 mins to kill yesterday afternoon so I thought I would play about with a login header like what this site has.
I was just playing and the threads for these two types of modifications are now closed, I thought I would ask if anyone else tried.

Might have a bash at mocking up a new one from scratch, I expect to fail, but still worth a fiddle.

The mod should work on 1.5.x
