Changing minimum / maximum quantity based off of attributes

Exactly what the title says, is there anyway I can Change the minimum / maximum quantity amount base off of the attributes

Using latest zen cart version

This would be dependent attributes - where depending on an attribute selected, some other thing was triggered

ZenCart does not have support for dependent attributes
