Why do I keep getting products expected after Easy Populate upload ?

Every time I try and upload a file from Easy Populate my products expected category shows all of the items from that file with a 2036 expected date. I have tried to make sure the date fields are stored as text but am not sure what I doing wrong . My date fields are :

v_last_modified v_products_date_available v_date_added
2013-06-18 19:15:47 2013-06-18 19:15:47 2013-06-18 19:15:47


Am I assuming one of these three fields affects the products expected category ? Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

Problem solved: I did not have the v_date_available field setup correctly.
